Items shipped within the UK are charged at a flat rate of £4.50.

We offer free shipping within the UK on orders over £50.

Dispatch times

At Mino Pinna, all of our products are hand crafted, therefore, our aim is to despatch all orders within 3 working days of the order being placed. For UK orders, goods should normally be received within 5 working days.

For trade customers, shipping costs and dispatch times can vary. Please email info@minopinna.com for further information.

Returns

This returns policy refers to the Mino Pinna Ltd products purchased directly from this website. It does not apply to Wholesale goods or goods purchased at fairs and other events.

At Mino Pinna, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned.

Our policy is in line with the Consumer Rights Act and we are happy to offer an exchange for items, within 14 days of the items being received.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note all items are made to order therefore we cannot offer a refund.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns (wholesale)

At Mino Pinna, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned.

All damages must be reported within 72 hours of your delivery. Please email info@minopinna.com with details of the damage/fault and photographic proof.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Only damaged or faulty items are eligible for a refund. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email info@minopinna.com with details of the damage/fault and photographic proof, within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We will only refund postage costs if the item returned is faulty.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 8 Low Borland Way, Eaglesham, Glasgow, G76 0BP, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for an exchange.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are returning an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
